Pumpkin bread rolls: perfect for the fall!
published on 12 January, 2018 at 13:00
These rolls are lovely and also delicious. You’ve never tried a softer bread roll!INGREDIENTI
100ml milk
15g yeast
1 egg
80g sugar
500g flour
180g puréed pumpkin
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Start by melting the fresh active yeast in some warm milk, add an egg, sugar, pumpkin purée and gradually add the flour. Lastly, add the salt.
There are two ways you can prepare the pumpkin purée: bake the pumpkin at 200°C for 30 minutes and then blend it. The other option is to microwave it for about 10 minutes and then blend it.
2.Let the dough rise for about two hours, then divide it into six balls. With some kitchen scissors, make 8 cuts around the balls without cutting through the center. Let them rise for another hour.
3. Bake at 180° C for 30 minutes.
