Pumpkin bread loaf: how to make it fluffy and delicious!

This is the perfect alternative to usual bread!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
300g (2.4 cups) flour
20g (0.1 cup) sugar
½ tsp salt
120g pumpkin puree
100ml (0.4 cup) milk
7g dry yeast
50g butter
Pumpkin seed
Butter
Milk
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 6 parts. Form 2 loaves. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Brush each bread with milk and butter. Decorate one bread with pumpkin seeds.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
