PUMPKIN IN OIL: how to make the DELICIOUS preserve in a few steps! ๐งก

INGREDIENTS
1.1kg of pumpkin
1.1l (4 3/4 cups) of water
1.1l (4 3/4 cups) of white wine vinegar
2 bay leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
Chilli pepper
Garlic
Rosemary
METHOD
1. Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the inner part. Peel and cut into small pieces.
2. Add the water, white wine vinegar, and bay leaves to a pot. Add the pumpkin pieces and let them boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and drain the pumpkin pieces.
3. First, fill the jars with olive oil, then add the pumpkin pieces, chili pepper, garlic, and rosemary. Repeat the process until the jar is full. Close with the lid.
4. Serve in oil pumpkin into the bowl and enjoy.
