Here's how To Make A Super Soft Milk Bread Loaf! You'll fall in love with this recipe!
INGREDIENTS
150g (2/3 cup) Warm Milk
10g Yeast
5g Castor Sugar
400g (3 1/4 cups) Flour
35g (1/4 cup) White Sugar
2g Salt
2 Eggs
120ml (1/2 cup) Water
24g Unsalted Butter
Olive oil
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk, sugar and yeast. leave for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl mix flour with sugar, salt and eggs, add in yeast mixture, water and mix well with butter. Pour it with water and leave for 1 hour. Divide the dough into three portions, fold each piece and roll out the dough then
- roll the dough and transfer to a baking pan.
- Bake at 190C / 375F for 25-30 minutes
