Sheermal: a fluffy bread made with milk!

A slightly sweet and soft bread everyone will love! 

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup warm milk
• 1 large egg
• 100g ghee
• 1 tbsp yeast
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 cups flour
• sesame seeds
• Black cumin seeds
 
METHOD
  1. Combine milk, egg, melted butter and sugar.
  2. Then add yeast and flour, leave the dough rest for 1 hour.
  3. Then spread the dough, cover and let rest for another 20 minutes.
  4. Made in the form shown in the video and bake at 160°F/320°C for 25 minutes.
