Black and white milk bread: so fluffy and delicious!

Incredibly soft and airy thanks to a simple technique!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
250g flour
30g sugar
3g salt
185g milk
3g dry yeast
20g soft butter
For filling
40g dark chocolate
40 g white chocolate
METHOD
Mix dry ingredients with a whisk.
Mix the milk and dry yeast, then add it to the dry ingredients and mix.
Put the dough on the table and knead well.
Add butter and knead again.
Put in a bowl, cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces and form balls.
Cover them with a towel and leave for 15 minutes. Let rise
Put them in a square shape.
Cover them with plastic wrap or cloth, leave them in a warm place until they become twice as large.
Bake at 150℃/300°F for 17 minutes.
Remove from pan and let cool.
Decorate with chocolate
