Black and white crepes: the treat that the whole family will love!

These are not your usual crepes! The result is just amazing.

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

8g (1 tbsp) of vanilla sugar

125ml (1/2 cup) of milk

175ml (3/4 cup) of flour

For the cocoa batter:

1 egg

4g (1 tsp) of vanilla sugar

60ml (1/4 cup) of milk

7g (1 tbsp) of cocoa powder

75g (1/2 cup) of flour

For the filling:

Hazelnut cream

METHOD

In a bowl add the eggs, vanilla sugar, milk, flour and mix well together to create the white pancake mixture.
In another bowl add the egg, vanilla sugar and whisk. Add the milk, cocoa powder, flour and combine them all to create the cocoa mixture.
Transfer the cocoa mixture to a bottle and make a circle. Add the white mixture with a ladle and spread evenly on the pan.
Roll out the pancakes and fill them with hazelnut cream.
