Black and white crepes: the treat that the whole family will love!

These are not your usual crepes! The result is just amazing.
INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
8g (1 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
125ml (1/2 cup) of milk
175ml (3/4 cup) of flour
For the cocoa batter:
1 egg
4g (1 tsp) of vanilla sugar
60ml (1/4 cup) of milk
7g (1 tbsp) of cocoa powder
75g (1/2 cup) of flour
For the filling:
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- In a bowl add the eggs, vanilla sugar, milk, flour and mix well together to create the white pancake mixture.
- In another bowl add the egg, vanilla sugar and whisk. Add the milk, cocoa powder, flour and combine them all to create the cocoa mixture.
- Transfer the cocoa mixture to a bottle and make a circle. Add the white mixture with a ladle and spread evenly on the pan.
- Roll out the pancakes and fill them with hazelnut cream.
