EGG WHITE CREPES: the light version but with even more flavor!

INGREDIENTS
6 egg whites
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
100g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
a pinch of salt
a pinch of turmeric
 
METHOD
1. In a bowl, add the egg whites, milk, flour, salt and turmeric. Whisk until a smooth batter forms, with no lumps.
2. Cover the bowl with cling film and transfer it to the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan. Tilt and swirl the pan to spread the batter into a thin, even layer.
4. Cook for 1 minute, until the edges lift and the bottom is golden. Flip and cook for 1 minute on the other side.
5. Transfer the cooked crepes to a serving plate and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
