Egg white cake: ready with just 3 ingredients!

A creamy dessert ready in 30 minutes with 3 ingredients! 

INGREDIENTS
For caramel:
• 1 cup sugar
• 40ml water
 
Pudding:
• 7 egg whites
• 1 cup sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Heat sugar in a pan, and then add water.
  2. Pour the prepared caramel into a cake pan.
  3. Beat the egg whites to the peaks. Then add sugar in small portions while continuing to beat.
  4. Put the finished egg whites mixture in a cake pan.
  5. Bake in a water bath at 150°C/300°F for 25 minutes.
