3 ingredients banana cake: easy, quick and super fluffy!

Blend eggs, banana, and milk! It will be ready in 30 minutes with just 3 ingredients! 

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
2 bananas
240 ml of skimmed-milk powder
 
METHOD
  1. Combine the egg yolks with the bananas in a blender, then add the milk powder and whisk the egg whites, combine the masses.
  2. Pour into the mold and bake for 30 minutes 180 degrees.
