Cream cheese banana cake

This is the best homemade banana bread recipe! It tastes like it has cheesecake baked in! Soft, fluffy, easy and just irresistible! 

INGREDIENTS
banana – 3 pcs
butter – 90 grams
eggs – 3 pcs
flour – 165 grams
baking powder – 1 tsp
baking soda – 1 tsp
cream cheese – 100 grams
icing sugar – 30 grams

METHOD
  1. Crush the bananas. In a bowl, mix together butter and sugar, add scrambled eggs and bananas. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix with the mixer.
  2. In a smaller bowl, mix cream cheese, egg yolks, powdered sugar and flour.
  3. Pour the first mixture into the mold, then the second mixture.
  4. Repeat the process and finally mix the top layer with a stick.
  5. Bake at 170 C for 40-45 minutes.
