Banana cake

For the dough:
440g sugar
6 eggs
240ml water
240ml vegetable oil
480g flour
80g cocoa powder
2 packs baking powder
For the vanilla cream:

350g cottage cheese
1 egg
5 tbsp powdered sugar
1 pack of custard powder
For the filling:
1 egg
5 tbsp powdered sugar
1 pack of custard powder

500ml milk

2 packs of chocolate pudding
2 tbsp cornstarch
200ml milk
500g butter
4 tbsp powdered sugar
5 bananas
6 tbsp sugar
2 packs of chocolate pudding
2 tbsp cornstarch

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a large bowl until white and creamy. Then add water and oil and beat the cream until it has liquid consistency.
Then add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, mix until combined. Spread the dough evenly into two baking forms.
Beat the cottage cheese, egg, powdered sugar and custard powder with a hand mixer. Put the cream in a piping bag and form lattice like in the video.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
Then heat half a liter of milk with the sugar in a large pot.
Mix 200g milk with the chocolate pudding powder and the cornstarch.
Add the mixture in a hot milk and mix until thickened. Let it cool.
Beat the butter with the powdered sugar with a hand mixer and add the chocolate pudding into the butter cream.
Spread half of the pudding filling evenly on the non-patterned dough.
Place the halves of the banana on the chocolate cream, spread the second half of the cream on top and then place the patterned half of the dough.
