Banana cakes: a unique recipe to die for!

This is easily the moistest banana cake we have ever tasted!

INGREDIENTS

12 baby bananas

1 glass of milk

1 glass of oil

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

2.5 cups of flour

vanilla 2 tsp

baking powder 2 tsp

3 tbsp starch

3 tbsp flour

1 pinch of salt

3 egg yolks

1.5 cups with sugar

4 cups of milk

200 grams dark chocolate

200 ml cream

nuts for choice 1/4 cup

milk 3 tbsp

METHOD

Beat milk, oil and sugar for 2 3 minutes then add the eggs and beat at high speed for 3 minutes more. Transfer mixture to the pan and bake at 175 ' C (345 F) for 25 minutes until golden.
In a pot on low heat add milk, vanilla, flour, starch, salt, egg yolks, and sugar, cook until thickened.
In another bowl mix together hot cream with chocolate, milk and nuts.
Spread the cream on to the dough, put the bananas on it and top with chocolate mixture.
Fridge for 4 hours.
