Choco-banana cake : super moist and delicious!

This Cake is wonderfully moist and full of the flavors of chocolate and banana.
 
INGREDIENTS
for a 24 cm cake:
3 eggs
170 g sugar ( white or brown)
vanilla extract
70 ml sunflower oil
150 ml milk
250 gr flour
50 gr cocoa powder a pinch of salt
16 gr baking powder
4 ripe bananas
 
METHOD
  1. Prepare a biscuit with eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar, add a pinch of salt, oil, milk, flour, baking powder and cocoa. Combine everything in a fine mixture.
  2. Prepare the mold, cover it with baking paper and a row of bananas, then pour in the biscuit mixture and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  3. Once the cake is baked and cooled, turn the cake over and remove the baking paper, then sprinkle with cocoa and garnish with bananas.
