Chocolate banana cake: a delicious idea to use ripe bananas!
published on 20 May, 2020 at 17:24
Moist, decadent and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200g bananas
70g grapeseed oil or canola oil (use odorless oil, not olive oil)
2 eggs
5g vanilla extract
90g brown sugar
Salt
130g flour
30g cocoa powder
5g baking soda
5g baking powder (add both baking soda and baking powder. The shape of the puffs is different)
40g Chocolate Chips
METHOD
- Put the ripe banana in a bowl and crush it finely with a fork. Add oil and mix until the oil does not turn out. Mix eggs and vanilla extract at room temperature and mix. Mix with brown sugar and salt. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder and mix until no powder is visible. Add chocolate chips and mix. Pan the dough about 80% in a paper or buttered pan and bake it in a preheated oven for 160 degrees 45-50 minutes.
- Storage: After cooling, wrap it in a wrap and leave it at room temperature for a day, making it moister and taste better. After slicing into pieces that are easy to eat, you can wrap them individually with plastic and enjoy them for 3 to 4 days at room temperature. If you eat longer, freeze them.
