Banana pudding: how to make it perfect with 5 ingredients!

Here's the perfect way to use ripe bananas!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
2 cups milk;
3 eggs;
2 medium ripe bananas;
2/3 cup sugar;
1/8 cup water.
METHOD
- Add water into sugar and cook over medium heat until deep golden brown.
- Pour caramel on the bottom of the baking pan and leave it until set.
- Use a blender to blend bananas into a smooth puree.
- Whisk banana puree with eggs and milk.
- Pour banana and milk mixture over the caramel, cover with foil and bake on bain-marie at 180C/350F for 60 minutes.
