Chocolate banana pie: the best puff pastry idea!

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet puff pastry;
200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate, chopped;
60 g (2 oz) flour;
4 eggs;
4 egg yolks;
60 g (2 oz) sugar;
200 g (7 oz) butter, melted;
4 bananas;
chocolate shavings for serving.
METHOD

60 g (2 oz) flour;
4 eggs;

METHOD
Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
Roll out a sheet of puff pastry.
Make slits on bananas, cutting 2/3 way through. Carefully unfold each banana to make it straight.
Place each banana on each corner of rolled out pastry. Drizzle some caramel on top and roll up to make a square. Make sure that all sides are pitched together nicely.
Melt dark chocolate and combine it with eggs, egg yolks, flour and sugar.
Pour chocolate mixture into the pastry squire and top with chocolate shavings. Brush sides of the pie with egg wash.
Bake for 12 minutes and serve warm, while the chocolate filling is still gooey and melty.
