Ricotta and chocolate chips puff pastry rolls up: quick and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
2 sheets of puff pastry
250g ricotta cheese
50g powdered sugar
chocolate chips
 
METHOD
1. Cover a sheet of puff pastry with ricotta cheese and chocolate chips.
2. Cover with a puff pastry sheet and slice it into rounds.
3. Bake at 180°C/360°F for about 20/25 minutes.
