Ricotta cubes and chocolate chips: the delicious, quick and easy recipe!

With just a few ingredients you can make a special treat for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS
500g (2 cups) of ricotta cheese
40g (1/4 cup) of powdered sugar
20g (1/4 cup) of potato starch
50g of chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, potato starch, and mix. Add the chocolate chips and mix them all together well.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the cake mold (mold size - 20x20cm) and bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 40 minutes.
  3. Cut the cake into cubes and decorate with powdered sugar.
