Ricotta cubes and chocolate chips: the delicious, quick and easy recipe!

With just a few ingredients you can make a special treat for the whole family!
INGREDIENTS

500g (2 cups) of ricotta cheese
40g (1/4 cup) of powdered sugar
20g (1/4 cup) of potato starch
50g of chocolate chips
Powdered sugar
40g (1/4 cup) of powdered sugar
20g (1/4 cup) of potato starch
50g of chocolate chips
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl add the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, potato starch, and mix. Add the chocolate chips and mix them all together well.
- Transfer the mixture to the cake mold (mold size - 20x20cm) and bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 40 minutes.
- Cut the cake into cubes and decorate with powdered sugar.
