Mini Eclair with cream and chocolate chips: easy and delicious!

Are you in the mood for a little bit of chocolate but want something fancier than your standard chocolate bar or chocolate chip cookie? If so, then we have just the perfect recipe for you.
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
180ml (3/4 cup) water
90g (1/2 cup) butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
130g (1 cup) flour
Custard cream
Chocolate chips

METHOD
- Whisk the eggs.
- Melt butter and water in a pan with a pinch of sugar and salt. Add flour to it and cook until the mass is compact.
- Add the eggs to the mass gradually.
- Make rolls from the mass on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F/190°C for 30 minutes.
- Make two holes on the rollers and put the cream with chocolate chips in them.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
