Mini Eclair with cream and chocolate chips: easy and delicious!

Are you in the mood for a little bit of chocolate but want something fancier than your standard chocolate bar or chocolate chip cookie? If so, then we have just the perfect recipe for you.
 
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
180ml (3/4 cup) water
90g (1/2 cup) butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
130g (1 cup) flour
Custard cream
Chocolate chips

METHOD
  1. Whisk the eggs.
  2. Melt butter and water in a pan with a pinch of sugar and salt. Add flour to it and cook until the mass is compact.
  3. Add the eggs to the mass gradually.
  4. Make rolls from the mass on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 375°F/190°C for 30 minutes.
  6. Make two holes on the rollers and put the cream with chocolate chips in them.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
