Mini Chocolate Chip Rolled Ice Cream

Serves 2-4Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes + 4 hours to freeze
INGREDIENTS
2 c heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp agave
Pinch of salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
PREPARATION
In a medium bowl, stir together heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, agave, and salt.
Pour heavy cream mixture into a rimmed half sheet baking pan. Top with mini chocolate chips.
Freeze for 4 hours. Freeze the spatula along with the ice cream.
Remove pan from freezer and roll ice cream in short rolls. Serve with syrup and sprinkles.
