These ice cream cookies are really easy to make and they are sure to please everyone!

INGREDIENTS
150g whipped cream
50g sweetened condensed milk
100g mascarpone cheese

DIRECTIONS
Whip the cream to firm peaks and then combine it with the sweetened condensed milk and mascarpone cheese. Brush the surface of each cookie with some milk and fill them with the cream. Freeze them for about two hours. Dip half of the ice cream sandwich into some melted chocolate and cover it in chopped peanuts, shredded coconut or chocolate sprinkles
