Chocolate chip ricotta cream roll-up: an easy to prepare, delicious dessert!

This tasty dessert is easy and quick to prepare. It’s perfect for those who love the ricotta and chocolate chip combo.

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
60g flour
60g sugar
1tsp baking powder

for the filling:
400g ricotta cheese
100g powdered sugar
90g chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, gradually add the sugar, the flour and finally the baking powder. Once the mixture becomes foamy pour it evenly into a cake pan. We used a small cake pan if you want to make a larger roll just double the quantities of the ingredients. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Once removed from the oven cover it with plastic wrap and let it cool. This allows it to retain moisture and become elastic and flexible. For the filling, mix the ricotta with the sugar and the chocolate chips. Spread it onto the cake and roll it up. You can eat it right away or refrigerate it for a few hours and enjoy it cold.
