Custard and chocolate chip wreath: A delicious and soft dessert!
INGREDIENTS
brioche dough
chocolate chips
200g custard cream
brioche dough
chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
1. Roll out the brioche dough.
2. Cover it in custard and lots of chocolate chips and roll it up.
3. Refrigerate the roll, then cut it in half lengthwise.
4. Braid the two parts together and join the two ends to make a wreath.
5. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
