Ricotta and chocolate chip cake: the easy and delicious recipe!

INGREDIENTS
250g (1 cup) ricotta cheese;
120g (½ cup) yogurt or sour cream;
140g (⅔ cup) sugar;
100ml (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) milk;
250g (1 ½ cup) all-purpose flour;
50g (¼ cup) potato starch;
16g (4 tsp) baking powder;
1 packet of vanilla powder;
90g (½ cup) chocolate chips.

1 packet of vanilla powder;
90g (½ cup) chocolate chips.
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 160°C/320°F. Line 22 cm round pan with parchment.
- Whisk ricotta with yogurt (or sour cream), sugar, and milk.
- Separately whisk dry ingredients: flour, starch, baking powder, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth batter forms (do not over whisk!). Add chocolate chips and mix.
- Pour batter into a prepared baking pan and sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes and let cool down completely before removing from the pan and slicing into pieces.
