INGREDIENTS

250g (1 cup) of ricotta cheese
200g (1 cup) of sugar
3 eggs
6g (1 1/2 tsp) of vanilla sugar
100g (1/2 cup) of butter (melted)
250g (2 cups) of flour
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
100g of chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

METHOD

In a bowl add the ricotta and sugar and mix with a wooden spoon. Add the eggs, vanilla sugar, and butter (melted) and mix.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix until the mixture is no lumps. At the end add the chocolate chips and mix them all together.
Transfer the mixture into the cake mold (24cm - mold size), and level it up well.
Bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F and decorate with powdered sugar.
