Chocolate chips bundt cake : the secret to make it soft and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
125g (1/2 cup) of sugar
125g (1/2 cup) of yogurt
125g (1/2 cup) of sunflower oil
375g (3 cups) of flour
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
250g (1 1/2 cups) of chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs and sugar and mix with an electric mixer until the sugar dissolves and the eggs are foamy.
2. Add the yogurt, sunflower oil, flour, and baking powder, and continue mixing until all is well combined.
3. Pour the chocolate chips into the mixture and mix with a spatula.
4. Pour the mixture into the 24cm cake mold and level it up with a spatula. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
5. Leave the cake to cool after baking, decorate it with powdered sugar, and serve.
