RICOTTA MILLE-FEUILLE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS: delicious and ready in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
1 rectangular sheet of puff pastry
250g (1 cup) ricotta cheese
70g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
70g (1/2 cup) chocolate chips
250ml (1 cup) heavy whipping cream
Powdered sugar, to taste
METHOD
1. Cut the puff pastry into 3 equal sheets using a pastry wheel or a knife, then prick the surface with a fork.
2. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes, or until golden. Let cool completely.
3. Trim the edges of the baked puff pastry using a cutting board and a knife.
4. In a large bowl, add the ricotta, powdered sugar, and cold cream straight from the fridge. Whip with an electric mixer until thick and firm.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
6. Assemble the mille-feuille layer by layer, piping the cream with a piping bag and smoothing it with a spatula, trimming the edges if needed.
7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
