Mascarpone cream without eggs

INGREDIENTS
250g (1 cup) mascarpone
150ml (2/3 cup) fresh cream
100g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
Zest of 1 orange
15ml (1 tbsp) Grand Marnier
150ml (2/3 cup) fresh cream
100g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
Zest of 1 orange
15ml (1 tbsp) Grand Marnier
METHOD
1. In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone, orange zest, and Grand Marnier using electric whisks.
2. In another large bowl, add the cold cream and powdered sugar.
3. Start mixing with the electric whisks until the cream becomes semi-whipped.
4. Gently fold the semi-whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture, stirring from the bottom up, until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
