Pandoro Christmas tree cake with mascarpone cream

1 pandoro
500g mascarpone cream
powdered sugar
cherries
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Slice the Pandoro horizontally, being careful not to break the points of the star shape.
2. Starting with the lowest slice first spread each one with the mascarpone cream and place each slice on slightly rotated so the points of the star don’t align.
3. Finally dust the cake with powdered sugar.
