Pandoromisù: a delicious dessert perfect for Christmas!

The Italian tiramisù served into a glass with pandoro? Yes, thanks! 

You can replace pandoro cake with any sponge or pound cake.

INGREDIENTS
pandoro
coffee
250g mascarpone
2 egg yolks 
sugar

METHOD
1. Cut the pandoro into little pieces.
2. Wisk the egg yolks with sugar, mascarpone and coffee.
3. Make your tiramisu glasses adding cream, pandoro, coffee, cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
4. Refrigerate 30 minutes and serve.
