Christmas Paris-Brest: the holiday dessert for your special dinners!

This version is perfect for Christmas!

INGREDIENTS
5 medium eggs
160g (0.7 cup) butter
340g (2.7 cups) flour
600ml (3 cups) water
1 tsp (6g) salt
300ml (3 cups) Vanilla cream
300ml (3 cups) whipped cream
250g (1.2 cups) Strawberry
 
METHOD
  1. On low heat, combine water, butter, a pinch of salt and flour. Stir until the mass is completely thick, then add one egg at a time to the mixture and stir with a mixer.
  2. Pour the dough into a dressing bag and pour into a baking tin lined with paper, in the shape of a Christmas tree.
  3. Bake the dough at 180 degrees, 50-60 minutes.
  4. Whip the vanilla cream and whipped cream, prepare the strawberries.
  5. Cut the biscuit in half, apply the cream and arrange the strawberries, fold, sprinkle with powdered sugar and arrange the strawberries and chocolate bars.
