Christmas Paris-Brest: the holiday dessert for your special dinners!

This version is perfect for Christmas!
INGREDIENTS

5 medium eggs
160g (0.7 cup) butter
340g (2.7 cups) flour
600ml (3 cups) water
1 tsp (6g) salt
300ml (3 cups) Vanilla cream
300ml (3 cups) whipped cream
250g (1.2 cups) Strawberry
METHOD
- On low heat, combine water, butter, a pinch of salt and flour. Stir until the mass is completely thick, then add one egg at a time to the mixture and stir with a mixer.
- Pour the dough into a dressing bag and pour into a baking tin lined with paper, in the shape of a Christmas tree.
- Bake the dough at 180 degrees, 50-60 minutes.
- Whip the vanilla cream and whipped cream, prepare the strawberries.
- Cut the biscuit in half, apply the cream and arrange the strawberries, fold, sprinkle with powdered sugar and arrange the strawberries and chocolate bars.
