Turkey roulade: a perfect dish for your special dinner!

Perfect for a tasty dinner.

INGREDIENTS
Boneless turkey breast
Salt
Pepper
Caramelized onion
Cheese
Cooked ham
Rosemary
White wine

METHOD
  1. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper and spread the caramelized onion evenly. Add the cheese and cooked ham on top and roll the meat into a roll.
  2. Tie the roll with kitchen string and add the herbs on top. Transfer the roll into the pan, brush with oil, and season it with salt and pepper.
  3. Add wine for moisture and flavor. Bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 2 hours.
  4. Remove the kitchen string, cut it into pieces and serve.
