Stuffed turkey roast: the secret for a perfect dinner

INGREDIENTS
1.2 kg turkey breast
400g spinach
200g ham
200g bacon
200g cheese
80g (5 tbsp) butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter
METHOD
- Boil the spinach.
- Cut the turkey breast for rolling. Arrange the ham, spinach and cheese. Roll up and tie with string. Coat with bacon. Put pieces of butter on a rolled turkey. Bake at 180C for 60 min.
- Remove the string and serve.
