Beer chicken and roasted potatoes: the perfect dish for a tasty dinner!

Here's the secret to make a juicy and tender chicken!
INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken
1 whole chicken
100ml beer
Marinate:
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tsp olive oil
3 tsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp paprika powder
Salt and pepper
4 tbsp beer
200g potatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
METHOD
- First, pour 100 ml of beer into a glass and place the chicken “sitting” on the glass.
- Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl. Grease the chicken with marinade.
- Put a glass of chicken on a baking sheet and spread around the potatoes, seasoned with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Bake for 60 minutes at 160°C/320F.
