Chicken rolls with potatoes: the second dish that will make your guests happy!

Easy and quick to make, this recipe is perfect for your dinner!

INGREDIENTS
 500 g (1 pound) potatoes, boiled, peeled;
 2 chicken breasts, sliced;
 9 slices ham;
 9 slices cheese;
 90 g (1 cup) mozzarella, shredded;
 Salt, pepper, olive oil.
 
METHOD
  1.  Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  2.  Slice peeled potatoes.
  3.  Use a meat mallet to flatten chicken slices into even strips.
  4.  Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  5.  Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of the chicken strips and roll it.
  6.  Layer potatoes on the bottom of the baking dish. Place chicken rolls on top and layer more potatoes in-between.
  7.  Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  8.  Bake for 25 minutes.
