Chicken rolls with potatoes: the second dish that will make your guests happy!

Easy and quick to make, this recipe is perfect for your dinner!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
500 g (1 pound) potatoes, boiled, peeled;
2 chicken breasts, sliced;
9 slices ham;
9 slices cheese;
90 g (1 cup) mozzarella, shredded;
Salt, pepper, olive oil.
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- Slice peeled potatoes.
- Use a meat mallet to flatten chicken slices into even strips.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of the chicken strips and roll it.
- Layer potatoes on the bottom of the baking dish. Place chicken rolls on top and layer more potatoes in-between.
- Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
