Cabbage rolls: a crunchy and surprising second dish!

So crispy and delicious, cabbage rolls are a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
1 Chinese cabbage
2 onions
2 onions
200g minced chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander
30ml (2 tbsp) tomato sauce
4 potatoes (boiled)
Dill
3 eggs
Salt
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
METHOD
- In a pan fry the onion, chicken meat and season it with salt, coriander and tomato sauce.
- Smash the potato, add the chicken mixture, add the dill and combine well.
- Cut the cabbage and separate the leaves.
- Spread the leaves and add the mixture into it to create a roll.
- In a bowl beat the eggs and season with salt.
- Cover the rolls with egg, flour, breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
