Cabbage rolls: a crunchy and surprising second dish!

So crispy and delicious, cabbage rolls are a must-try!
 
INGREDIENTS
1 Chinese cabbage
2 onions
200g minced chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander
30ml (2 tbsp) tomato sauce
4 potatoes (boiled)
Dill
3 eggs
Salt
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. In a pan fry the onion, chicken meat and season it with salt, coriander and tomato sauce.
  2. Smash the potato, add the chicken mixture, add the dill and combine well.
  3. Cut the cabbage and separate the leaves.
  4. Spread the leaves and add the mixture into it to create a roll.
  5. In a bowl beat the eggs and season with salt.
  6. Cover the rolls with egg, flour, breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
