Colorful cabbage soup: a creamy dish to surprise your diners!

A delicious and magic soup to surprise everyone!
INGREDIENTS
1 purple cabbage;
1 medium white onion;
30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil;
salt and pepper to taste;
1 ½l (6 cups) boiling water;
60ml (¼ cup) cream;
Lemon juice;
Baking soda.

METHOD
- Shred cabbage.
- Saute chopped onion in olive oil until translucent, add cabbage and cover with water.
- Cook over medium-low for 40 minutes or until soft.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend with cream until smooth.
- Pour soup into 3 bowls and dye 2 of them with lemon juice and baking soda.
- Serve colorful soup as shown in the video.
