Egg and hot dog sausage sandwich: perfect to surprise your diners!

Just a few ingredients to make a tasty savory snack!

INGREDIENTS

Würstel

4 slices of Bread

Butter

2 Eggs

Cheese

Salt

Pepper

Ketchup

Mustard

METHOD

Cut the sausages into circles to prepare them for the toasts.
With the knife remove the middle part of the bread and roll it with a rolling pin.
Add butter to the pan and arrange the bread. Arrange the würstel inside the bread and pour the eggs until they are full. Season it with salt and pepper.
Add cheese to each slice of bread. Pour mustard and ketchup over it and add the stretched middle part of the bread to close the toast.
Bake until both sides are golden.
