Jalapeño Popper Cheeseburger Hot Dog

INGREDIENTS
1 large jalapeño, as straight as possible
200 g ground beef
1 piece mozzarela cheese
100g flour
1 egg, beaten
100 g plain bread crumbs
1 hot dog bun
Ketchup and mustard for garnish
METHOD
Cut off the end of jalapeño and hollow out seeds and white membrane.
Stuff the pepper with cheese.
Wrap jalapeño in ground beef until well covered.
Put wrapped jalapeño in flour then in beaten egg and finally in bread crumbs.
Carefully place wrapped jalapeño in deep hot oil and cook for 5-8 minutes
Serve in a hot dog bun with ketchup and mustard.
Enjoy!
