Hot dog eggs: a simple and delicious idea!

Cut a wurstel and pour it the beaten egg! Everyone will love the result!
INGREDIENTS

4 hot dogs;
4 eggs;
100 g (1 cup) mozzarella, cubbed;
Salt and pepper.
METHOD
- Slice hot dogs in half leaving around 2 cm uncut on both sides.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, add mozzarella.
- Holding hot dogs with chopsticks, making a hole in the middle, pour a couple of tablespoons of egg mixture into the center and let it set. Pour more eggs to fill the hot dog. Cover the pan with a lid and cook each hot dog for 3-4 minutes on each side, flipping halfway through.
