Crescent roll hot dog: the appetizer really easy to prepare!

A fun and tasty appetizer that the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
Sausages
340g (2 1/2 cups) flour
7g dry yeast
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
240ml (1 cup) warm water
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together warm water with sugar and yeast, add flour and salt. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cut each hot dog into the middle and put each piece onto the wooden skewer, make incisions, stretch it and fill the void with dough.
  3. Transfer to the baking pan, spread with egg and bake at 190’C(375’F) for 20 minutes.
