Cabbage rolls: the dish that will make everyone happy!

A delicious idea for a tasty dinner!
INGREDIENTS

4 cabbage leaves
500g (1,1 lb) ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
Garlic, minced
1/2 tomato, diced
110g (1/2 cup) tomato puree
15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
2g (1 tsp) curry powder
3g (1 tsp) paprika
3g (1 tsp) black pepper
6g (1 tsp) salt
Shredded mozzarella
METHOD
- Heat olive oil in a skillet set over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes or until no pinker.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in diced tomato, pour in tomato puree and mix to combine. Add seasonings and cook for 2 minutes more.
- Take the cabbage leaves and cut off the thick part of the stem. Place 2-3 spoonfuls of the prepared meat mixture on each cabbage leaf, roll the leaves up and place in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cabbage rolls with shredded mozzarella, transfer to the preheated oven and bake at 180C/360F for 25 minutes.
