Battered cabbage rolls: you will love them!

INGREDIENTS
1 Chinese cabbage
Cheese
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
40g of flour
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

METHOD
- Cut the bottom part of the cabbage and transfer the cabbage leaves into the bowl. Pour the boiling water over them and set them aside for 5 minutes.
- After time has elapsed with the knife remove the hard parts from the cabbage leaves put a piece of cheese and make a roll.
- Beat the eggs, season them with salt and pepper and mix with the flour.
- Dip each roll into the egg mixture and after that coat with the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in the oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
