Battered cabbage rolls: you will love them!

INGREDIENTS
1 Chinese cabbage
Cheese
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
40g of flour
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. Cut the bottom part of the cabbage and transfer the cabbage leaves into the bowl. Pour the boiling water over them and set them aside for 5 minutes.
  2. After time has elapsed with the knife remove the hard parts from the cabbage leaves put a piece of cheese and make a roll.
  3. Beat the eggs, season them with salt and pepper and mix with the flour.
  4. Dip each roll into the egg mixture and after that coat with the breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in the oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
