Steamed cabbage rolls: perfect for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
7 napa cabbage leaves;
1 cup oyster mushrooms, chopped;
¼ cup scallions, sliced;
2 tbsp oyster sauce;
2 tbsp soy sauce;
1 tsp garlic powder;
1 chicken breast;
black pepper to taste.

METHOD
Make cabbage rolls filling by mincing chicken with a knife and combining it with mushrooms, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and garlic powder.
Boil water. Add napa cabbage leaves into it and cook for about 2 minutes, until softened.
Let the cabbage leaves cool down, then place heaping tablespoon of chicken filling on the bottom (white stem part) of the leaf. Roll filling into the leaf, gathering leaf from the side.
Steam for 15 minutes or until chicken filling is cooked through.
