Cabbage rolls stuffed with potatoes: the quick and tasty dish!

INGREDIENTS
720g of potatoes
Cabbage
50g of parmesan cheese
Diced ham
1 egg
Salt to taste
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Butter slices
Cheese cubes

METHOD
1. Put some water to boil and add the bay leaves before cooking the cabbage to eliminate the odor.
2. When the water starts boiling, cook a few cabbage leaves at a time for about a minute, you will have to cook them very little to avoid them breaking.
3. Boil some potatoes and mash them, you can also cook them with the skins, which will remain in the potato masher!
4. Add the parmesan, diced ham, egg, and salt and mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
5. This recipe is perfect to modify as you wish, you can also fill the rolls with rice and minced meat, season them with sauce, or replace the ham cubes with mushrooms and peppers for a vegetarian version, they will still be delicious!
6. Roll out a cabbage leaf and cut it in half. Eliminate the central rib to keep only the soft parts.
7. Simply add some mashed potato to the beginning of the leaf and some cheese cubes pressed on the surface.
8. Roll up and close the sides well
9. Once all the rolls have been prepared, prepare a base of breadcrumbs and oil in a pan. Fill it with a first layer of rolls and then add more breadcrumbs, cubes of butter, and oil to give even more flavor.
10. Bake at 200°C/390°F for 25 minutes.
