Prepare this delicious APPETIZERS for VALENTINE’S DAY!

INGREDIENTS
White bread
Smoked salmon
Cooked ham
Cream cheese
Mayonnaise
Red lumpfish roe
Green olives

METHOD
1. Use heart-shaped cookie cutters of various sizes to cut different shapes and small hearts from the white bread.
2. To fill them, cut the smoked salmon and cooked ham into matching heart shapes.
3. Spread mayonnaise over the canapés that will be topped with salmon. Then, place the salmon on top. If you like, you can add smaller heart-shaped pieces to the salmon using a little extra mayonnaise.
4. Repeat the same process for the canapés with lumpfish roe. If you wish, you can decorate them as shown in the video.
5. Finally, for the ham canapés, spread Robiola cheese on the bread and proceed as before. You can finish the canapé with half a green olive.
