Churros hearts: a Valentine's Day special recipe!

INGREDIENTS
550g choux paste mix
600ml hot water
4 eggs
1L vegetable oil, for frying
1 cup cinnamon sugar

METHOD
In a large bowl using paddle attachment, beat choux paste mix with hot water, add slowly.
Then mix in eggs slowly and beat until smooth.
Transfer the dough to the piping bag.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and create choux hearts.
Freeze until completely firm and fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
Dip hearts in the cinnamon sugar and serve
