Churro bowls: they are perfect for filling with ice cream or other desserts!

These churro cups are amazing and so easy to make at home!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 1/3 cup flour
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• whipped cream
METHOD
- In a large saucepan heat water, butter, sugars and salt. Mix until combined.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla, flour and mix well. Add eggs one by one.
Flip the muffin tin. Spray the form with a non-stick sprayer. - Using pastry bag form churros cups around muffin cups.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 400F/200C.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Remove the churros cups from the cake pan and dip in cinnamon sugar.
- Let it cool completely and add a scoop of whipped cream.
