Churro bowls: they are perfect for filling with ice cream or other desserts!

These churro cups are amazing and so easy to make at home!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup water

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1 tsp Vanilla extract

• 1 1/3 cup flour

• 3 eggs

• 1/2 cup sugar

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• whipped cream

METHOD

In a large saucepan heat water, butter, sugars and salt. Mix until combined.
Remove from heat, add vanilla, flour and mix well. Add eggs one by one.
Flip the muffin tin. Spray the form with a non-stick sprayer.
Using pastry bag form churros cups around muffin cups.
Bake for 45 minutes at 400F/200C.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Remove the churros cups from the cake pan and dip in cinnamon sugar.
Let it cool completely and add a scoop of whipped cream.
