INGREDIENTS

250ml (1 cup) water
2 tbsp butter
1/3 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of sugar
120g (1 cup) flour
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate chips

METHOD

In a pan mix together water, sugar, butter, salt, and flour, and cook on low heat until thick.
Let it cool and add eggs in. Transfer to the piping bag and make cups on the muffin tray.
Freeze for 1 hour and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Fill with ice cream and chocolate chips.
